  • 60 min — $140
    90 min — $180
    120 min — $250

    60 minutes works well for focused work or a straightforward full-body session. 90 minutes gives us more flexibility for both focused and full-body work, while 120 minutes allows for a more comprehensive session. If you’re unsure, 90 minutes is a good place to start.

  • No. Sessions are individualized and may incorporate Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, assisted movement, cupping, gua sha/scraping, heat/cold, and other approaches as appropriate. There are no modality-based add-ons.

  • Whatever you’re comfortable in. Depending on the work we’re doing, you may remain clothed or undress to your comfort level. You’ll be appropriately draped throughout the session.

  • More pressure doesn’t necessarily mean more effective work. Pressure and technique are adjusted based on your goals, comfort, and how your body responds.

  • You may experience some temporary soreness or tenderness, particularly after more focused work, but significant soreness isn’t the goal. Let me know how things are feeling throughout your session so we can adjust as needed.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all schedule. Frequency depends on what you’re working on, your activity, how you respond to bodywork, and what makes sense for you. We can talk about it after your session without locking you into a treatment plan.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee.

    I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, and fees may be waived at my discretion.
